Dear Valued Customer.
Considering the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 our priority is the well-being of our customers, their families and staff. We are committed to ensuring that our business and deliveries are always operating in the safest way
I hope that you, our much-valued customers, are keeping safe as we face what is, without doubt, a global crisis that is unprecedented in modern times.
We have kept our branch open and fully functioning as long as possible, and we would love nothing more than to be able to continue to operate normally. However we do not live in ‘normal’ times at present, and after a careful assessment of all our options involving trade and retail customers alike, as well as their and our families and suppliers, we feel that we must do the right thing for the greater good.
In order to protect our people and help limit the deadly spread of the COVID-19 virus, and to do our bit to reduce the strain on the NHS and the staff who are doing a wonderful job, by adopting a policy of prevention, rather than cure, we have decided to temporarily close with immediate effect.
We have not taken such a decision lightly, but we do believe that in emergency situations, we need to do our bit as individuals, and as a company to protect each other. We remain committed to our customers and to our families, but our commitment extends far further than purely economic arrangements. The health and welfare of our customers, work colleagues and suppliers are fundamental factors in all our decision-making and your protection remains our highest priority.
In the 7 years of our existence, a combination of loyal customers and fantastic staff, has enabled us to cope successfully and become a quality supplier to the trade and the public. However, the COVID-19 crisis is far more serious, and importantly, far more dangerous than any that we have faced previously as individuals and as companies.
As this is a rapidly changing situation, we don’t know for how long our branch will be closed. However, we will continue to follow the advice of our Governments as well as Public Health England and Public Health Wales.
We will continue to keep you updated in this difficult time. We are working closely with our suppliers so we can update our website should there be any gaps in the supply chain. If you have any questions please get in touch with us via email and we will be happy to assist.
In the meantime, take care of yourselves, your loved ones, your colleagues and your communities, and we look forward to seeing you all back when the time is right.
